 Bring the Kids to Global Fitness!

Global Fitness provides the safest, warmest and most welcoming environment possible for the children of our members. By making your children's experience relaxing, fun and safe, they can enjoy the club as much as you do.

ChildWatch Manager, Debbie Cataldo

The ChildWatch Center is open Monday through Saturday. ChildWatch hours are divided into different sessions. Maximum time limit is 1 session per day. Reservations are required.


ChildWatch Schedule

Monday through Friday Days Session 1 - 8:45am - 10:20am
Session 2 - 10:30am - Noon
Monday thru Friday Evenings Session 1 - 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Session 2 - 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Except Fridays)
Saturday Morning Session 1 - 8:45am - 10:20am
Session 2 - 10:20am - 11:45am

Cost is $4.00 per child payable in ChildWatch Center

Save money by adding Unlimited ChildWatch to your monthly dues
($20 per month for up to two children
$5 per month for each additional child).

*Minimum age is 3 months. Inquire at Global Fitness for other details. Global Fitness reserves the right to cancel ChildWatch due to inclement weather or holidays*
