Personal Training
For members who need a little extra guidance and motivation, personal training offers a customized experience that targets specific fitness needs and goals. Those new to the gym appreciate extra attention needed to find the right routine, including proper equipment use and/or group exercise classes, that ensure the best use of gym time.
Even longtime members need a little encouragement now and then, especially when they’ve hit a stubborn plateau (or their routine has grown stale). Personal training offers new insight and suggestions for workouts that have become boring or are no longer effective.
Everyone can benefit from added knowledge, support, and accountability. That’s what personal training at our Fitchburg and Leominster gyms will provide! It’s personal coaching and a buddy system, all rolled into one.
Team Training
Small group training programs, like Fit traxx and Max-traxx, are led by certified instructors and include nutrition strategies as well as core-stabilizing, muscle-building exercise. Held in semi-private settings, our team training programs limit the number of participants and are suitable for all levels.
